Election for appointment of office bearers of Kendriya Vihar Apartment Owners Association (KVAOA) (Adhoc) Phase-I was held on 01.12.2024 at Kendriya Vihar Greater Noida Phase-I.
On the occasion of Hindi Pakhwada 2024, Hindi competition was held of winners were awarded by CEO on 29.11.2024.

Foundation stone ceremony of SAS Nagar Mohali project was laid on 25 th Oct 24 by Shri Dinesh Kapila, Economic Advisor, MHUA. Shri Gagan Gupta, CEO, CGEWHO, Shri RK Jaiswal, Dir (Finance), Sh Ashok Kumar, DD(A) and other other government officials were present during the function.

Greater Noida Phase – II: Draw of allotment of Individual DUs for Type D DUs was held on 06 July 2024 at Vigyan Bhavan New Delhi in the presence of Shri Gagan Gupta, Dir (Technical), Shri R.K. Jaiswal, Director (Finance) Shri Akhil Saxena, Observer, and other Members from CGEWHO.
Greater Noida Phase – II: Draw of allotment of Car Parking for Individual beneficiary was held on 01 July 2024 at Constitution Club New Delhi on in the presence of Sh Ashok Kumar, DD(A), Sh Roshan Kishore, AD(A) and other officials of CGEWHO.
Foundation stone laying ceremony of Visakhapatnam housing project was held on 15 June 2024. Shri Dinesh Kapila, Chief Executive Officer (Addl Charge) CGEWHO and other dignitaries preside over the function.
Chennai Phase-III: Draw of allotment of individual DUs for all Type A, B C & D were held on from 25 April 2024 to 27 April 2024 in the presence of Shri Gagan Gupta, Dir (Technical), Shri R.K. Jaiswal, Director (Finance) Shri Akhil Saxena, Observer, and other Members from CGEWHO.
